I tak &#8211; obok praktyk zawodowych, sta\u017cy u\u00a0pracodawc\u00f3w czy te\u017c doradztwa zawodowego, uczestnicy projektu maj\u0105 mo\u017cliwo\u015b\u0107 udzia\u0142u w r\u00f3\u017cnorodnych kursach. Celem ich jest przede wszystkim doskonalenie i\u00a0zdobywanie umiej\u0119tno\u015bci przydatnych na rynku pracy.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">W listopadzie 2017 roku uczniowie wzi\u0119li udzia\u0142 w kursie <em>carvingowym<\/em>. By\u0142y to zaj\u0119cia bardzo \u201esmakowite\u201d, poniewa\u017c ka\u017cdy uczestnik na zako\u0144czenie m\u00f3g\u0142 spr\u00f3bowa\u0107 swojego dzie\u0142a. Na pocz\u0105tku prowadz\u0105cy przedstawi\u0142 istot\u0119 <em>carvingu<\/em>, czyli rze\u017abienia w warzywach i owocach, wywodz\u0105cej si\u0119 z Dalekiego Wschodu. Najpopularniejszymi owocami i warzywami u\u017cywanymi w <em>carvingu<\/em> s\u0105 arbuzy, melony, dynie, ananasy, rzodkiewki, buraki, seler i marchewki. Ponadto uczniowie poznali techniki wykrawania, rodzaje narz\u0119dzi i co najistotniejsze &#8211; kiedy, po co i\u00a0dlaczego mo\u017cna wykorzystywa\u0107 <em>carving.<\/em> Wiedza i praktyka zdobyta podczas kursu zosta\u0142a zaprezentowana w samodzielnie wykonanych pracach. Okaza\u0142o si\u0119, \u017ce sztuka \u201erze\u017abienia w warzywach i owocach\u201d to nie tylko umiej\u0119tno\u015b\u0107 przydatna dla kucharzy. Ale jest to r\u00f3wnie\u017c wa\u017cne w przysz\u0142ej pracy ogrodnik\u00f3w i\u00a0architekt\u00f3w krajobrazu, kt\u00f3rzy niejednokrotnie tworz\u0105 i przygotowuj\u0105 dekoracje zieleni\u0105,
