W\u00a0 tej szkole uczniowie zdobywaj\u0105 kwalifikacje w rzadkim zawodzie \u2013serowara. A my \u015bledzili\u015bmy \u015bcie\u017ck\u0119 dydaktyczn\u0105 produkcji najbardziej znanych ser\u00f3w w\u0142oskich : parmezanu i ricotty. Ca\u0142y proces jest kontrolowany od karmienia byd\u0142a z w\u0142asnego chowu, po le\u017cakowanie, sprzeda\u017c i dystrybucj\u0119. Tu te\u017c pokazano nam cykl produkcji octu balsamicznego. Szko\u0142a prowadzi te\u017c sklep, gdzie mo\u017cna kupi\u0107 szkolne produkty. Nast\u0119pnie odwiedzili\u015bmy rodzinn\u0105 firm\u0119 produkuj\u0105c\u0105 wina sto\u0142owe bia\u0142e i czerwone oraz oliw\u0119 z oliwek z w\u0142asnych upraw. Firma prowadzi te\u017c\u00a0 bezpo\u015bredni\u0105 sprzeda\u017c dla klient\u00f3w indywidualnych oraz zaopatruje hotele. Po drodze , przed wizyt\u0105 w firmie rodzinnej zwiedzili\u015bmy poza planem wyjazdu studyjnego San Marino. San Marino to strefa wolnoc\u0142owa mo\u017cna by\u0142o zrobi\u0107 zakupy nawet za z\u0142ot\u00f3wki.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 Drugiego dnia pobytu przyjechali\u015bmy w inny\u00a0 region\u00a0 W\u0142och. Udali\u015bmy si\u0119 do Toskanii. Tu zwiedzili\u015bmy zak\u0142ad produkcji zbo\u017cowej, winnej i oliwy \u2013 Fakttoria Loppiano. Prze\u015bledzili\u015bmy ca\u0142y cykl, od produkcji ro\u015blinnej, poprzez przetworzenie surowc\u00f3w oraz sprzeda\u017c we w\u0142asnej sieci sklep\u00f3w po\u0142\u0105czonych z restauracjami.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 Ostatni dzie\u0144 pobytu\u00a0 to zwiedzanie stolicy Toskanii- Florencji. Pokazano nam opr\u00f3cz pi\u0119knych zabytk\u00f3w takich jak: Ko\u015bci\u00f3\u0142 \u015aw. Krzy\u017ca, Katedr\u0119 Matki Boskiej Kwietnej, plac Polityk\u00f3w, pomniki Kosmy I, Neptuna, Dawida i Goliata, most Z\u0142otnik\u00f3w- targ lokalnej \u017cywno\u015bci mieszcz\u0105cy si\u0119 w zabytkowe XIX wiecznej hali. Wieczorem uroczy\u015bcie wr\u0119czono nam certyfikaty udzia\u0142u w projekcie .<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\r\n<div class=\"ngg-galleryoverview\"
